When a file is derived from a template then auto-updating at file opening
doesn't update table styles.
Also with the Load Styles dialog that is accessible via sidebar > styles > load
styles... the table styles aren't updated.
Table styles can't be selected with the check boxes in Load Styles dialog.
Tested with Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
