This bug is still in LO 6.0.1. It is super annoying because in 99% of the cases
one wants the PDF on the same folder than the opened file.
Moreover this bug leads to lot of troubles: I work on project A and export a
PDF then I work on project B and export. As default export folder is still the
one of project A I often accidentally export to that instead of the folder of
project B.
