Bug ID: 115882
Summary: Draw can open & save out a Visio 2013 VSDX file but
cannot then open the resulting ODG or FODG file
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.4.4.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Draw
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
LibreOffice Draw can open a Visio 2013 file from a third-party without any
significant issues (apart from minor styling issues due to non-existent colours
etc).
The document can then be modified and saved as a native .odg file, but when
opening that .odg file again, LibreOffice issues the following error:
Read Error.
Format error discovered in the file in sub-document content.xml at position
2,3455(row,col).
Opening the ODG file in 7-zip to extract the Content.xml file and then finding
the referenced location, it's referring to the following XML:
<style:graphic-properties ="evenodd" draw:stroke="none" draw:fill="solid"
draw:fill-color="#5b9bd5" draw:shadow="hidden"/>
I have attempted removing all styling from the VSDX before saving & setting
everything to the default format.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import VSDX file (can supply if requiested)
2.Save as native ODG file
3.Open ODG file.
Actual Results:
Error message.
Expected Results:
Open the new file.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
