Interestingly it's OS-dependent.
In Windows 7 clicking somewhere after opening right-click menu counts as a
normal click.
In Ubuntu 17.10 two clicks are needed.
Tested with Chrome and Firefox in both OSes.
Not sure if other flavors behave differently, but it seems there's no standard
for this. Let's close as WFM.
