Description:
Scanner Acer USB U620/U640 with drivers x64 for OS w10 pro release
10.0.16299.248 (last at date), works fine in others programs (paint,
acrobat...) but not in LibreOffice ver 5.4.5 and 6.0.1 (both x64). LibreOffice
not recogniced scanner or it don´t load scanner software or drivers.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Installed scanners usb with w10 pro last release (.248) and LibreOffice x64
2.Go to Libreoffice and go to multimedia -> scanner. Scanner not recogniced.
3.NOTE: scanner drivers is x64 bits for OS w10 (drivers not signated)
Actual Results:
Intall drivers scanner x64 for w10 pro x64.
Open Libreoffice software x64 (5.4.5 or 6.0.1.) and go to multimedia-scanner
and nothing happens.
Expected Results:
Nothing, command for scanner doesn´t work (only from LibreOffice).
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
