Well, the Latitude 5285 sports a 12.3" display, so at native 1920x1080
resolution you are at ~180ppi, making this a HiDPI issue. But also have issue
with the OpenGL drivers for the Intel HD 6xx GPUs as in bug 107764
clip and post result of msinfo32.exe System -> Component -> Display panel, so
we can see the Intel driver.
And, then update to the current Intel graphics driver and retest, either Dell
system specific [1], or Intel's "generic" [2] driver. If that resolves the
OpenGL clipping this resolves dupe of bug 107764
