The reason I wanted to move them is because the print was moving up the label
going down the page as they were printed. I had successfully solved that
problem with another label in the manner I was attempting with this one.
The underlying issue may be with the printer driver for the Epson SX215 I use
not giving the correct vertical movement, so I was trying a work-around that I
had used successfully before.
