To reproduce:
1. Draw a rectangle
2. Set its area fill to a bitmap.
3. Right-click on the rectangle and choose to flip it horizontally or
vertically.
Expected behavior:
The bitmap filling the shape will be flipped.
Actual behavior: It is not.
