Problem description:
Attempting to open a csv file brings up the text import dialog, which when
cancelled still brings up the Document In Use dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a csv file currently opened by someone else
2. Text Import dialog appears
3. Cancel Text Import Dialog
Current behavior:
The Document In Use dialog box appears. The Open Read-Only and Open Copy
buttons do nothing.
Expected behavior:
That Document In Use Dialog does not appear as the importing was cancelled.
