 a) The file "layers_reverse.png" is an illustration of the error.
 b) The file "layers_reverse.odt" created by the program "LibreOffice Writer".
 c) The file "layers_reverse_tmp.docx" imported by the program "Microsoft
Office 2007 with ODF Add-in".
 d) The file "layers_reverse.docx" exported by the program "LibreOffice
Writer".

2. Error description:
The property "Arrange" shapes containing a parameter, which can not be imported
into OOXML, isn't translated correctly. The shape (Basis Shape "Circle: Area
Style/Filling = Blue 9") moves to the forefront ("Bring to Front").
Microsoft Office 2007 with ODF Add-in worked this job correctly.

3. The reproduction of the error:
 a) Open the file "layers_reverse.odt".
 b) File "layers_reverse.odt" save as "layers_reverse.docx"
 c) To reopen or reload the file "layers_reverse.docx".
