I have reset the user profile per instructions on the Wiki page.
I will report back within a few days, to let you all know if the issue(s) have
been resolved.
Also note: The wiki page should be updated.. as the Windows section on where
the local profile is located,.. the path should be updated as follows.
Currently:
Windows
%APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user (LibreOffice 4, 5 & 6)
Should be:
Windows
%APPDATA%\Roaming\libreoffice\4\user (LibreOffice 4, 5 & 6)
(or - Users\%profile name%\AppData\Roaming\libreoffice\4\user)
Maybe add instructions on how to access the AppData folder as it's hidden by
default.
