On Win7 with 6.0.2.1, I don't reproduce this.
UI render: by default
It could be interesting you upgrade your graphic card driver since it includes
OpenGL part.
If it doesn't help, could you try disable OpenGl and test again (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps) ?
