No idea. Trying here with a current local Linux LO master build, adding ("Only
for me") and removing LanguageTool-4.0.oxt and LibreWeb-user-1.0.7.oxt (both
downloaded from <https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions>) via "Tools -
Extension Manager..." works fine.
Might be an issue with the Ubuntu PPA, please report it there.
