Example of images anchored to frame and positioned in frame start margin
In case of an object anchored to frame the attribute value "page-start-margin"
is not allowed, but it has to be "frame-start-margin". See
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-part1.html#refTable19
Open content.xml in the attached document and examine the used styles. To
create from scratch draw a frame with border and padding. Insert an image and
anchor it to frame, position it into the frame border.
