PPTX export scale for TextFitToSize
MSO requires to save fontScale attribute to have
all the text shown properly (with FitToSize property)
Values are approximated, after any modification in MSO
scale is recalculated.
the office-interoperability-tools has found some documents which are no longer
displayed correctly on MSO 2010.
The commit above just arose the problem as the documents are just imported
incorrectly into LibreOffice. Problem happens when using TextFitToSize.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document.
2. Compare it to MSO 2010
