Removing B̶r̶e̶e̶z̶e̶ from the title. Colibre has been designed to be Windows
theme friendly (bug 115867) and is a better solution for all supported Windows
builds than Breeze/Sifr as replacement for Tango/Galaxy legacy default for
Windows.
