This is not a bug, its the normal behavior.
LO needs the folder manager (dolphin, etc) so you can put your file where you
want it. There is no other way around. Also i can create a folder inside the
open save dialog, by right clicking or the icon on the upper right corner.
If you not agree, feel free to reopen as unconfirmed.
