Problem description: On entering date as d/m in cell formatted as date, cell
does not show in expected format
Steps to reproduce:
1. Format cell as date (say) 31 Dec 99
2. Input date in form 20/8....
3. ....
Current behavior:Cell remains showing 20/8
Expected behavior:20 Aug 12
