Running the upgrade to 5.4.5.1 created the problem with page formatting not
working correctly. The system rebooted clean to apply the changes on the
install. After that, editing documents showed the page formatting issues
attached.
Deleting AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice folder seems to have resolved the issue
based on current testing. I'll update if that is not the resolution.
