Description:
No progress bar when launching LibO by clicking a file and OpenGL enabled
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download https://mycore.core-cloud.net/index.php/s/7f0dIa5aYgyVrtd (bug
116798 & bug 116803)
2. Without LibO running (and OpenGL enabled) -> open the file by double click
or execute with. -> Gray screen until loading is finished. No progress bar
Actual Results:
No progress bar or any feedback
Expected Results:
A progress bar
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
