Ah, yes, finally I see the problem.
AGGREGATE(3;5;A2:A4) works fine, but AGGREGATE(3;5;A3) doesn't.
If I can find the cause I'll assign this bug to myself and fix it.
After all, chances are that I introduced the bug as well ;-)
