Description:
Frame border does not draw at left bottom corner but must be drawn.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Writer and create new document.
2. Add a frame (menu Insert->Frame->Frame...).
2.1. In Frame dialog go to Border tab.
2.2. All four borders must be set by default. If it is not, set all borders.
2.3. Set width to 2.0 pt.
2.4. Press OK button.

Actual Results:  
Now you can see frame with black border on all perimeter except left bottom
corner.

Expected Results:
The border must be present on all perimeter include left bottom corner.
