Set as enhancement.
I did not find such shortcuts too. That said, before implementing that, it must
be decided how it would work if there is vertically merged cells in the row to
be moved or in the row up or bellow the row to be moved.
Anyway, it's a valid enhancement request, so status set to NEW.
