formula from attachment 141490 opened on Windows 10 with LO 6.1.0 build
That is a simple font fallback, looks like your Windows 10 install did not pick
up the OpenSymbol font. Verify if it is installed. If not, an
uninstall/reinstall should clear when OpenSymbol is present.
