Is this bug report also about conveniently resizing tables, or only about the
easy movability? I see it mentioned in the title, but nowhere else.
For resizing tables, Word has a handle in the bottom right corner of the table,
and the table can be easily resized by dragging that handle.
While the free movement would require support for floating tables, adding
drag-and-drop resize doesn't.
