Attention: this probably only relates to the feature/cmake branch. It might be
ok in automake!
I cannot build the whole project on a platform without support for dynamic
loading.
Therfore some targets and subdirectories must be completely disabled.
I propose the attached patch. Apply to feature/cmake.
