I guess when you say open you mean Insert - Image, right?
I can't reproduce it in
Version: 6.0.3.2
Build ID: 1:6.0.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.16.04.1~lo2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group
When I insert an image in draw and I try to close the document, I get a
confirmation dialog...
