Pro: well maintained, con: there is no particular use case for Oxygen, no
desktop environment that makes use of it. So I tend to -1 (just one opinion, we
can, for example, run a quick poll on G+ to get the users' opinions), meaning
the theme is better published as extension. Another con is the name, which is
nice but very special.
