Write only comments in cells A2-A14
Copy A1-A14
Right-click in the middle of the spreadsheet - Paste special
Select only Comments
Click Transpose
Issue: Cell A1 is pasted as well (contains only text). Note that A1 is not
pasted if the paste operation is not done via Transpose
