There's nothing called "LibreOffice 5" or "LibreOffice 6". At least two version
parts make significant number; otherwise, the version doesn't make any sense.
I reproduce what you describe as desired behaviour using Version: 5.0.1.2

Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU)
and what is the current behaviour with Version: 5.1.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 5e3e00a007d9b3b6efb6797a8b8e57b51ab1f737
CPU Threads: 12; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default;
Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU).
The question is if this is a regression, or a feature; which brings another
question - which commit was that. So setting it to NEEDINFO and bibisectRequest
for now.
