After Windows update Dell Support Assistant utility appeared on my desktop. See
the screenshot of the utility icon. Dell gave an Intel HD Graphics Driver
update through it. Dell refines this driver for their laptops, so I had to wait
for their version of this driver instead of downloading it from Intel website.
Now everything is neat and nice. Thanks to all participants. Problem solved.
