In LibreOffice 3.6.0 enabling extended tips causes up to 50% CPU usage when
hovering menu items and toolbars. Especially if mouse goes over several
items/buttons quickly. In LO 3.5.5 there was no such behavior.
If extended tips are disabled everything is OK and performance is very good.
