Description:
The IgnoreAllList (All) item appears in the list of dictionaries and this
string is not available for localization in Pootle/po files.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings - Language Settings - Writing Tools in any fully localized
version of LO.
2. See the list of User-defined dictionaries
3.
Actual Results:
There is an item "IgnoreAllList (vsi)" (where only (All) in racket can be
localized).
Expected Results:
The "IgnoreAllList" string should be human readable and translatable.
In English it should probably read "List of ignored words" or something like
that.
