When a text box is inserted into a writer document and the text color for the
box is changed, the text color will change on screen, but when printed the text
color only prints black.
To Reproduce:
1. Bring up form control taskbar
2. Select text box
3. Insert text box anywhere on writer document
4. Right-click text box and select control then select font
5. From the font menu select font effects
6. From front effects, change font color to any color
7. Close form editing
8. Type text inside text box, color will change to selected color
9. Print document
10. Printed document will show text box with black text
