FYI: In the master branch (which will become LIbreOffice 6.1) the support for
the "Excel 2003 XML" format has been overhauled greatly. See
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/6.1#Improvements_to_Excel_2003_XML_import
. Although that mentions import only, and in fact in a current master build
"Excel 2003 XML" is not eve offered as a format to export to. I don't know if
that is accidental or intentional.
