Description:
a schreen artifact is created
in writen, when a photograph or graphic is inserted in a document
if this grafic for example is arrounded with a frame
and this frame formatting ist copied to another grapfic
with copy-formater tool "brush"
if the second copy formatted graphic is moved or deleted
a artifact-frame is left

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new wrtiter dokument
2.past a graphic or photograph in it
3.duplicate photo
4. give No 1 a framing
5. select No 1
6. copy frame-formatting with "brush - tool" from No 1 to No 2
7. move No 2 to differnt position
