Description:
When I have a formula in a row or column, and I insert a column or row, the
formula is not extended to take that into account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a simple formula in a row or column
2. Insert a row or column

Actual Results:
The new cell does not contain the formula nor are the other cells updated to
reflect the new addition

Expected Results:
Would like to see an option to extend formulae, as there are options to extend
formatting and references.
