Anyway, in my own experience whether the Start Centre opens on top or not
depends a lot on how I start LibreOffice. If I start it by double-clicking on
the .app bundle in Finder (or two-finger-tap and choose "Open"), then it opens
on top. Also if I start it from a Spotlight search.
But if I start it from a shell command line, either using the "open" command or
by running the app bundle's Contents/MacOS/soffice executable, then indeed it
does not start on top. But I assume starting from a shell command line is not
very common; that is something only developers or QA people do.
How does this correspond to your experience?
