They have corrected it in v6.0.4.2 to sort on only the first column and row,
but any others in the generated pivot table do NOT sort, nor does the option
selection work prior to creating the table.
I haven't done a bug report for v6.0.4.2 yet, but it's a bug. Why show the
option in the generated table if it's not functional intentionally?
