The "Level" list selects what you can tweak on the middle column under
"Numbering". And the preview shows all together, which is correct IMHO, since
you want to know how the levels relate to each other. Thing is that this dialog
has the same UI/workflow as other numbering dialogs and thereby the
shortcomings noted in
