Start LibO causes an endless loop (endless display the message "synchronize
bundled extensions")
Need to kill the process
Steps to reproduce
1. Uninstall previous version
2. Delete user profile
3. Custom Install
4. Optional components> Extensions> Do not install (no extension)
5. Finish install
6. Start LibO
Splash screen and an endless loop (endless display the message "synchronize
bundled extensions")
May be related (but seems different) to bug 53968
Platform: windows 7 64bits & Version 3.6.1.2 (Build ID: e29a214)
Reproduced on windows XP
