do not confirm in 6.1 beta 1 (64 bit) on Windows 10 (64 bit)
try restart LibreOffice in Safe Mode (Help > Restart in Safe mode)
In dialogue "Safe mode" select "Reset to factory setting" and check both
options "Reset settings..." and "reset entire user profile"
Push button "Apply changes and restart"
