Alex: so maybe the real bug here is that LO instead of having its own setting
for it should use the system settings for what is the preferences email client
(in macOS, there is such a setting, perhaps a bit counter-intuitively, in
Mail.app's Preferences dialog, "General" : "Default email reader")? (Assuming
that setting even is visible to other apps, no idea.)
