Could confirm the behavior. But we should discuss if bug or not bug:

1. In a database the listbox is bounded to a field. It is impossible to bound
it to more than one field and to save more than one entry. For this connection
(only one item could be selected) it should scroll up. It has also be visible
in a folding listbox, where you could only see one entry.

2. If using a listbox for more than one entry, (which only would work with
macros), the item shouldn't scroll up. You must be able to see the other
entries.

Have tested this with LO 6.0.4.2 and also LO 3.6.7.2. Could be it is inherited
by OOo.
Tested with OpenSUSE 42.3 64bit rpm Linux.
