indeed includes itself.
I guess both sides could be improved: IWYU should not assert on valid C++
input, but it's indeed unnecessary that cppumaker emits code that like that.
Stephan, do you recall any reason for this, or it's just a matter of improving
cppumaker? (I can look into that.)
