Zip with affected file and screenshots of correct and wrong behaviour.

Problem description: 

While opening XLSX files in LB 3.6 and 3.5.x, all thin line borders borders
have 1pt width. Problem does not affect xls files. I attach screen-shot and
affected file. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty xlsx file with excell 2007/2010.
2. Create any table with thin borders.
3. Open file in libre calc. 

Current behavior:
Borders are thick: 1pt. 

Expected behavior:
Borders should be thin (.2 or .3pt)
