Trying to install libre office and windows gives me the error that it's not a
valid install package
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install on Win 7 64-bit

Actual Results:
This installation package could not be opened. Please contact vendor to verify
that this is a valid Windows installer package.
Expected Results:
That LibreOffice would be installed
