Description:
If a have a DOCUMENT.odt in a folder where there is a special character (ÅÄÖ)
that I use in Swedish, I am not able to open the document and it will write
"File does not exist". All due, if I change the folder it will work, sometimes
it works by changing the name of the document.
This happened to three previously working documents which I created through
Libre Writter and this started about a week ago, maybe a new update caused
this?
My version is: 5.4.6.2
OS: Kubuntu 17.10.1
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
File does not exist, cannot open the document inside my desired detestation.
Expected Results:
Opened the documents.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
