Try to enter a list of 50 lines having dates with a german keyboard: In the new variant you always have to move between the numerical and the textual parts of the keyboard or use both hands for typing the values. In both cases you do not have your other hand free for following the line at the paper, and you have always to watch the keyboard to see if you reached the . sign which is the date seperator.
