Bug ID: 118152
Summary: PRINTING MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME DOCUMENT CREATES
ONE JOB FOR EACH PAGE RATHER THAN ONE JOB WITH THE
WHOLE RUN
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.0.4.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
I frequently have to print 50+ copies of a one-page document. After updating
from version 5.2.2.2 to version 6.0.4.2, Writer has changed from creating a
single print job for that batch to creating a separate job for every single
page that I have printed. This dramatically slows down the printing process, as
the printer has to reset after every page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a single-page document
2. Open the print queue
3. Print a large number of copies (10+)
4. Notice the large number of one-page jobs
Actual Results:
created a separate job for every single page
Expected Results:
Created a single job with the same page repeated
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko)
